What’s Wrong With Us Today
With all the Buzz on the oil spill, the sink hole, Mars and of course we can’t forget to talk about the big issue these days,the picture of Miley Cyrus’ crotch, we have forgotten what is really important to us as a species, Green Energy.
Don’t get me wrong I don’t suffer from dendrophilia in any way shape or form, I just have a little bit of common sense. I wish they could teach that in grade school
We are faced with many problems on our planet right now, the biggest one being that people are more interested in Lady Gaga, Miley Cyrus, Brittney Spears, the Kardashians and who or whatever else happens to catch their eye that day. Check Twitter.com for an up to date list of useless garbage people are concerned with.
When what we really need to be focusing on, at least in America, is the fact that our president was elected because of the color of his skin and not the due to his qualifications.
We have to focus on Green Energy,(wind power, solar energy, or even attempting to harness more energy from water) our energy crisis is a world wide problem and it’s not going anywhere any time soon.
We need to catch Bin Laden. It has been way too long since Mr. Bush sent our troops to capture or kill this man. Granted they were side tracked quite a few times looking for him. Gary Faulkner is my hero by the way, we need more people like him!
We are in a war on terrorism that we can not win. We have essentially started another endless war. We might as well call it “War On Drugs 2: With Bombs and Beards”.
At the time I got to this point in writing this article, we have spent $24,558,783,543 (yes that is dollars, USD) just this year. That is enough already. Just legalize Marijuana already! Put the same restrictions as alcohol so we can tax it and start getting some of our money back.
I think that is enough for this little rant. Don’t worry though, as long as the general public stays so ignorant and careless I will ALWAYS have something to complain about!
Just for the record, I have finished this post in only a few minutes and the amount we have spent on the “War on Drugs” is $24,559,445,910 over $500 USD per second.
